• Profile photo, bio, travel preferences, and home location
• Communications you send to us including support requests and feedback
• Business listing information submitted by operators: name, address, category, photos, hours, and contact details

• Device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), IP address, operating system, and browser type
• App usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, listings clicked, and time spent on features
• Location data (with your permission): GPS coordinates for trip planning and nearby listing discovery
• Log data: crash reports, performance data, error logs, and timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies on the web platform

• If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from those providers
• Publicly available travel and geographic data from mapping and tourism APIs

• To create, maintain, and manage your account on the Tripknot Platform
• To provide trip planning, itinerary generation, map-based discovery, and personalized travel recommendations
• To display and manage business listings submitted by operators
• To send transactional emails, notifications, and account alerts
• To send promotional communications about features and travel content — you may opt out at any time
• To analyze usage and improve the functionality, safety, and design of the Platform
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security threats
• To comply with legal obligations applicable to Aneeras and enforce our policies

Aneeras shares information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Tripknot Platform: cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

If you interact with a business listing on Tripknot, we may share your name and contact information with that business solely to fulfil your request. We do not share payment data as end users are not charged.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aneeras, Tripknot users, or the public.

In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets involving Aneeras, your information may transfer to the successor entity under the same privacy protections.

Aneeras retains your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Tripknot Platform. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by Indian law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention or tax compliance.

Aneeras implements AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits to protect your information. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Tripknot Platform is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). Aneeras does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact support@tripknot.in if you believe a child has submitted their information.

Aneeras may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform and, where required by law, by direct notification. Continued use of the Tripknot Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
